Navy Surf Trip Blanket, made with fabric from Ontario, sewn and printed in Vancouver, BC in my studio.  Light weight, soft and insulated, perfect for camping in the outdoors or keeping it on your couch.

The design is inspired from surfing trips made out to Tofino, BC and the Oregon Coast.  I spent a lot of time there surfing and forgetting everything else in the world.  Time stands still when you are riding waves.

Green Forest Blanket, made with fabric from Ontario, sewn and printed in Vancouver, BC in my studio.  Light weight, soft and insulated, perfect for camping in the outdoors or keeping it on your couch.

The design is inspired from running in the Baden Powell trail in North Vancouver.  Trees inspired by douglas fir, western red cedar, pacific hemlock, morel mushrooms, chantrelle, and many other wonderful pacific northwest living things.

This is the first large print project I started over the winter holiday.  It was a lot of hard work to figure out how to print such large format without a large frame.  In the end the result looks great.

This one is called Oregon Coast, specifically inspired by the area near Cannon Beach and Cape Lookout.  The last five years, I spent a lot of time there learning how to surf.  I no longer live near there but it will always be on my mind.

More to come!

My map illustrations are featured in the Art Quarter vol. 5 art book magazine in Taiwan.  The theme for the issue is Panorama of Illustrative Maps.  Check it out at http://www.books.com.tw/exep/prod/magazine/mag_retail.php?item=R030043817

I think the book is printed in Taiwan and available for importing.  The inside is very pretty and has a diverse collection of international artists.
